Descriptors :

  1. Personal responses and ideas are reasonably developed .
  2. Fairly fluent and adequate ability to sustain the conversation with some prompting.
  3. A reasonable range of vocabulary with an adequate variety of sentence structures. 
  4. A few grammatical errors at word and swntence level but meaning is not obsecured. 
  5. Reasonable accurate pronunciation .
